I am unable to connect to the iTunes store since upgrading to version 9 - prior to the installation of version 9 I was able to connect to the store - I attempted to purchase a TV show and was told I needed to upgrade to version 9 - so basically I was forced to and now I can't connect and the apple support says it is my computer - I can access the internet (hence this post) - I have uninstalled and reinstalled it - I have added it to the firewall in both windows and my Roadrunner one - however when running the iTunes Diagnostics for the connection the application crashes - anyone have any ideas - I tried to copy the window from the crash but was unable to - I did send it to Microsoft.
Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
