i have an hp pavilion with windows vista and i downloaded the upgrade last night. when i try to connect to the itunes store a box pops up that says cannoy connect to itunes store. check network connection and try again. i am connected to the internet and have tried pretty much everything that has been posted on this page. HELLP PLEASEE
