hi i have a dell pc with windows vista and i have been having trouble for a very long time accessing the music store. i always download the latest versions of itunes and all i keep getting on itunes is the accessing music store window and it never connects me. i do have parental controls on my computer but i dont think thats the problem because i put the following addresses into the allowed list under the web filter:
itunes.apple.com
ax.itunes.apple.com
albert.apple.com
these are the addressed i saw that should be put into the allowed sites list. but itunes still wont work for me. can anyone please help? thanks
