Can not Connect to the Network ...

Since I upgraded to itunes 9.0.1.8 I have not been able to log into my user account. This keeps me from buying music or using the genius functions. I have been though many help pages, chats with Apple Support, and tutorials. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Apple aplications to no avail. I have disabled firewalls. Checked itunes 9 on a co-workers machines which work fine suggesting that it is not a network firewall.
When I run the network diagnostic it states that all network and store conections work but when I click on my account I am returned to the message "Network Concections timed out"

Any Suggestions?
