Ok, so I was using Windows XP and backed up my iphone before I took it to Apple because it was not functioning properly. Right before I left, I upgraded to Windows 7. So at the store, I was given a new iphone. Was told which I already knew that all I had to do at home was plug the iphone in and itunes should ask if I want to basically restore from "Madeline's iphone." However, that message isn't coming up. Any suggestions?
