cant get into itunes store ...

its been over a week and i cant get into store the only thing i did was update to itunes 9,i have email the support team and they still cant figure out why.if i sign into my account i can get audiobooks,some podcast and itunes u will work but i can't buy music or tv shows or videos.i have turn off my firewall and antivirus i have macafee.i ran a test on my itunes this is what i got
any one have any idea why i cant get into the store thanks for any help,
